I do apologize that you had received your print and it wasnt as expected.Īfter reviewing your order, I do see that this printed as the order was submitted online. I am still waiting to see if this company at least sends the prints I paid for. She confirmed my email address on file and agreed to send the update via email. I explained to her that I was told this before so can she send me an email of our conversation today. I explained that to ********* and she said she would reorder the other two prints and I will get an email when they ship. Five days later I called the service line and spoke to ********* who says we issued a refund do you want that or your prints? I never received a refund or notice if refund or any update about my prints. I sent another email February 15 about still not receiving my prints and the automated response was we received your ticket and it will be 3-4 days before we respond. I was told if they have a problem they would contact me. I did explain they were a birthday present. I called the service number and spoke to a representative who said she would reorder the prints and have them shipped to me by February 11. I sent an email to the business asking for my other two prints which I paid for and have not received. On February 7 I received one print in the mail. I ordered 3 canvas prints on Jan 31 of this year. I also have attached the file they used to print the image which is the correct coloring (images named 1 and 2). In the attached photos I have both the image as it was printed by Easy Canvas (which is in ***************) and the image printed elsewhere (which is the correct coloring) not in a frame side by side so you can see the difference. They just did it and its not what I wanted. They said they had to edit the image for the canvases and no one said or asked for approval of changes to the images. I wrote to the business about a refund and was told they would only refund me $90.00 towards a reprint where I would have to pay for the remaining cost of the reprinted images and for shipping or they could refund me just $90.00. It was over saturated and made everything look neon. I used the same digital file to print the same canvas somewhere else and that canvas came out exactly as the image did whereas Easy Canvas Prints image did not come out exactly as the image did. The coloring was way off on the canvases.
